On Friday morning, residents of Tulcea County were alerted via a Ro-Alert message, around 10:05 AM, regarding the possibility of objects falling from the airspace, in the context of the conflict in Ukraine. Authorities recommend that citizens remain calm and seek shelter in basements or civil protection shelters, specifying that, in the absence of a shelter, it is safer to stay indoors, away from windows and exterior walls.

The message was issued by the Tulcea Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, based on information from the competent structures monitoring airspace security. This is the second Ro-Alert in the last 24 hours, after a drone was detected near the border, but did not enter Romanian airspace.
