The Mayor of Sector 4, Daniel Băluță, announced that residents will benefit from a financial aid of 200 lei for fuel, in response to the increase in pump prices and the decrease in purchasing power. This measure will be applied over a period of six months, with aid granted alternately, one month on, one month off.

Băluță emphasized that the 10% inflation and the increase in taxes have prompted the authorities to intervene. Additionally, the urban regeneration tax will be suspended starting April 1. The aid will be directed to residents who have been domiciled in Sector 4 for more than a year, have a job, own vehicles with a cylinder capacity of under 2000 cm3, and have an income per family member of under 5000 lei. These measures are intended to support citizens in the difficult economic context.
