RELOC Craiova, a company belonging to GRAMPET Group, is repairing and maintaining five locomotives operated by Montenegro’s state-owned railway companies: Željeznički Prevoz Crne Gore (ŽPCG AD) and AD Montecargo. The vehicles are at various stages of the contractual and technological process.

The collaboration between the Craiova plant and the two operators has been underway since 2017. During this period, RELOC won and carried out 22 contracts awarded through public procurement procedures for repairs to electric and diesel-electric locomotives, as well as work on components and subassemblies.

Four electric locomotives from the 461 series are involved for ŽPCG. General work on locomotives 461-029 and 461-033 has been completed, and they are due to be taken over by the beneficiary. Locomotives 461-035 and 461-041 will be transported to Craiova after the contracts are signed.

For freight operator AD Montecargo, locomotive 461-038 recently arrived in Craiova for unplanned repairs required following an accident. The two operators jointly own approximately 22 active locomotives, 14 of which are from the 461 series, produced in Craiova since the 1970s.️исometric:
