The police in Bucharest conducted searches at the interlope clans Ștoacă and Toboșarii, involved in violent conflicts in sectors 4 and 5 of the capital. The investigation was triggered after members of these groups fought in the street, including in front of the police.

During the searches, authorities confiscated an arsenal of weapons, including knives, swords, tear gas sprays, and bottles of gasoline. According to investigators, the two clans are fighting for control of the drug market, with the Ștoacă group influencing the Ferentari neighborhood and the Toboșarii group in the Giurgiului area.

The latest altercation took place on Metalurgiei Boulevard, where clan members clashed again after leaving the hearings. A criminal case has been opened for extortion, disturbing public order, and violence, and 22 people have been summoned for hearings.
