Radu Miruță, the Minister of Economy, stated that he does not rule out any hypothesis regarding the fire that broke out at the ammunition depot in Mija, Dâmbovița County. Asked about possible external causes, he mentioned that there are "question marks," but emphasized that he prefers to wait for the investigation results before advancing any theory.

Miruță specified that he does not have access to detailed information during the criminal investigation procedure and compared the situation in Mija with the fire in Cugir, emphasizing that the fire in Mija occurred during working hours when employees were present. The material damage was estimated at approximately 10,500 euros, without any casualties. Authorities continue investigations to determine the cause of the fire, which could be negligence or non-compliance with procedures.
