<p>Radu Burnete said that all pensioners should pay a minimum amount for the health insurance contribution (CASS), as this is an insurance that benefits everyone. The proposals include a minimum amount of 100 lei for pensioners with pensions below 2,500 lei and 10% thresholds for higher pensions. Simulations show how pensions would be reduced as a result of CASS.
