Queues formed at several polling stations in Bucharest, with people waiting up to 45 minutes to vote. By 3 p.m., more than 506,899 Romanians had voted in the presidential election, representing 28.41% of the total electorate. For the referendum, the number of voters was 410,043, i.e. 22.94% of voters.
