The center will be built at 34 Drumul Lunca Jariștei Street and will be financed from the Bucharest Municipality's own budget, with an estimated value of 14.2 million lei. It will include a shelter for captured dogs, which will be treated on an emergency basis, as well as administrative spaces and a redeveloped field for educational and recreational activities.
