Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan stated that, after intense debates, the project for simplifying and reducing bureaucracy in obtaining ISU approvals is finalized. Together with Secretary of State Raed Arafat, Bolojan discussed with representatives of companies and chambers of commerce about the new provisions, in response to previously reported difficulties. The emergency ordinance that will introduce these rules will be available for decision-making transparency by the end of the week. The new measures will shorten approval timelines, reduce bureaucracy, and digitalize the procedure, while ensuring the maintenance of fire safety standards at the same time. The Prime Minister mentioned that this is just the first stage, with the next aiming to simplify the obtaining of environmental approvals, emphasizing that bureaucracy should not hinder Romania's energy development.
