The power outage caused significant disruptions to the operation of traffic lights and public lighting and led to the temporary suspension of some subway lines and metropolitan trains. According to the electric network operator Enedis, the outage lasted approximately five minutes, caused by a technical failure at the RTE substation in Issy-les-Moulineaux.
