Vladimir Plahotniuc, the Moldovan billionaire recently arrested in Greece, is embroiled in a $1 billion fraud scandal. An investigation by The Insider reveals that he made frequent visits to Moscow, using a fake passport, to negotiate with officials in Vladimir Putin's entourage.
