A 45-year-old man from Pitești was detained after he assaulted a teacher from his son's school.

A 45-year-old man from Pitești was detained by the Argeș County Police Inspectorate, being investigated for committing the crime of assault or other violence. The incident occurred on the night of April 26, around 02:00, in a local establishment in the municipality, where the man coincidentally met a teacher from the school where his son is enrolled.

Against the backdrop of some previous contradictions related to the child's situation, the man assaulted the woman. After the detention, the suspect will be presented before the magistrates with a proposal for preventive measures. Authorities continue investigations in this case, which is being handled under the coordination of a prosecutor from the Pitești Court Prosecutor's Office.
