This measure was necessary due to the water crisis in Prahova County, which affected the operation of some important industrial objectives. Local authorities coordinated interventions to reduce operational risks, and S.C. Apa Nova analyzed the possibility of providing additional water support. The Minister of Energy, Bogdan Ivan, announced that the National Energy System has been stabilized and that the Brazi power plant will be restarted as soon as the required water flow returns to safety parameters. The measures taken include bringing Group 6 Rovinari back into production and checking coal stocks.
