Paul Aparaschivei has been appointed Executive Director of the Concordia Employers' Confederation, starting from November 1, 2025, with the objective of strengthening social dialogue.

The Concordia Employers' Confederation has appointed Paul Aparaschivei as Executive Director, starting November 1, 2025, marking a new stage in the development of the organization. With over 15 years of experience in public policy and strategic communication, Aparaschivei previously led the public policy department at eMAG, promoting economic development and the digital transformation of Romania. As executive director, he will coordinate the organization's activities and represent Concordia in relations with authorities and social partners, both at the national and European levels.

Aparaschivei will be involved in discussions on topics such as competitiveness, legislative simplification, and energy transition, contributing to important projects for Romania, including accession to the OECD. Dan Șucu, the president of the Confederation, emphasized the importance of Aparaschivei's role in strengthening the voice of the private sector in Romania, highlighting the need to promote policies that support a free and competitive economy. Paul Aparaschivei holds a PhD in Political Communication from SNSPA and is pursuing a management development program at Wharton Business School.
