High-performing schools will be able to establish partnerships with schools that have educational delays, at the initiative of parents or at the recommendation of School Inspectorates, according to Order no. 6.853/2025, published in the Official Gazette.
How the partnerships will work
The goal is to reduce educational disparities and improve the quality of the educational process in disadvantaged schools.
Institutional support includes training activities for teachers, demonstration lessons, and counseling in the use of educational technology.
Activities can be conducted physically or online.
School Inspectorates will recommend partnerships based on criteria such as school performance and risks of school dropout. Funding may come from own budgets or external funds. The evaluation of partnerships will be conducted annually.
