According to the National Agency for Employment (ANOFM), there are 33,160 job vacancies in Romania, and 228 vacant positions in the European Economic Area. The most offers are for couriers, drivers, and unskilled workers in construction. Of these, 2,826 are intended for individuals with higher education, 5,950 for those with high school or post-secondary education, and 6,805 for those with vocational training. The remaining 17,579 positions are for individuals without education or with primary education.

Abroad, employers in Sweden and Norway are looking for Romanians for various positions, including electricians and production workers. Other European countries, such as the Netherlands, Italy, Croatia, Germany, Finland, Ireland, Slovenia, and France, also offer job opportunities for Romanians in various fields. The ANOFM database is updated in real-time, reflecting the requirements of employers.
