Until Monday morning, Romania is under a weather alert for rain and snow. Starting next week, the weather will warm up, reaching temperatures of up to 16 degrees.

The ANM meteorologist, Meda Andrei, announced that, starting from the middle of the week, the weather will gradually warm up, with temperatures reaching up to 16 degrees in some areas. The weekend brought precipitation across almost the entire country, and today, the maximum temperatures will range between 3 and 9 degrees. Starting Tuesday, the thermal values will exceed the normal for this period, reaching between 8 and 16 degrees, especially in the south. Regarding precipitation, today there will be rain in the center, south, and east of the country, while in the mountainous areas there will be light snowfall. From Wednesday evening, the rain will intensify, and on Thursday it will affect most regions, with snowfall in the more northern areas. Towards the end of the week, the precipitation will decrease in intensity and extent, and the temperatures will rise again.
