The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued a yellow nowcasting warning on Tuesday evening for Bucharest, valid until 8:30 PM. Meteorologists forecast wind intensifications with speeds of 50-60 km/h, gusts, torrential downpours with accumulations of 15-25 l/m², electrical discharges, and isolated small hail. At the same time, an orange warning is in effect for localities in the counties of Ialomița, Prahova, Buzău, Călărași, Ilfov, Arad, and Timiș, where gusts of 70-90 km/h, torrential downpours of 20-30 l/m², small and medium-sized hail (up to 3 cm), and frequent electrical discharges are expected. Authorities recommend caution in these areas.
