One United Properties (BVB:ONE) has announced the acquisition of a 9,000 sqm plot of land on Barbu Văcărescu Street no. 241–273, where it intends to develop a residential project called One Floreasca Sunset. The project will include 221 apartments arranged in two 14-story towers, with a gross development value (GDV) estimated at 135 million euros, and completion is planned for 2028. The land has building permits, and construction works will begin this year. The land was authorized through the company Sunset Lake Investments, having as shareholders two offshore companies and Lucian Tutunică. One of the offshore companies, Jefyval Holdings Limited, is 100% owned by One United Properties, according to the financial report for the third quarter of 2025. In 2025, the company recorded consolidated revenues of 1.4 billion lei, focusing on the sale of homes from ongoing projects, and this year the emphasis will be on new launches. One United Properties has 3,655 apartments and 45,500 sqm of office and commercial spaces under construction, with a total gross development value of over 1.4 billion euros.
