The man was placed in preventive custody for 30 days, accused of strangling a prostitute and raping her, refusing to leave her home when he found out she had no money. The incident took place on September 8, and during the attack, the Nigerian also destroyed the victim's mobile phone. The investigation is ongoing under the coordination of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Sector 6 Court.
