In a message on TikTok, Nicușor Dan emphasized that Romanians should be optimistic about the economic future, noting that austerity measures will bring long-term benefits, including European funds and foreign investment. He also tackled the serious issue of violence against women, stressing that the state is partly to blame for the rising number of femicide cases and that law enforcement is insufficient to deter crimes.
