Administrative Reform Minister Nicușor Dan told the Salzburg European Summit that although the PNL-PSD-USR-UDMR coalition is facing tensions, it remains stable. He underlined that spending cuts, necessary after years of overspending, create difficulties in communicating with the population, but it is remarkable that Romania's pro-Western parties are taking up these challenges, preferring to govern rather than remain in opposition.
