President Nicușor Dan stated that the methods of intimidating judges are more subtle than direct intimidation. Responding to the question about judges who have reported issues in the system, he emphasized the importance of protecting the voices that bring essential aspects into discussion. Dan mentioned that, although public observations have been made, intimidation can take more subtle forms, which requires increased attention.

He reaffirmed the commitment to protect judges who take risks to bring the issues in the judicial system to the public's attention.
