NATO has begun the 'Eastern Sentinel' mission to strengthen the defense of the eastern flank of Europe, in response to the unauthorized incursions of Russian drones.

NATO Secretary General, Mark Rutte, announced the launch of the "Eastern Sentinel" operation to protect allied airspace. This mission, which involves air and ground resources, is supported by allies such as Denmark, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany. NATO's Supreme Commander, Alexus Grynkewich, emphasized the organization's commitment to defend every inch of the alliance's territory, thereby ensuring the security of Poland and other member states.
