<p>Ionut Moșteanu reacted to comments by Elena Costache, who said that a pension of 11,000 lei is insufficient. The minister explained that the imbalance in service pensions was caused by politicians' promises. Although she partly agrees with Costache on the restrictions for magistrates, she believes that her outlook is distorted by the economic reality.
