Apa Nova has started works on Bd. Dinicu Golescu in Bucharest, where 364 meters of the sewer network and almost 100 meters of the water network are being replaced. These works are part of a larger project to modernize the infrastructure in the North Station area, where the sewer network is almost 100 years old.
The works began last month, along with the removal of the old tramway track. In addition, excavations are being made for the installation of new poles that will support the tram network and street lighting, and the electrical networks have already been buried to eliminate cables from the poles. The project is part of Lot 7, which also includes other streets such as Bd. Gh. Duca and Str. Alexandru Ioan Cuza, and the modernization will continue until the end of next year.
