The Ploiești Court of Appeal on Thursday rejected DNA Ploiești's appeal against the Prahova Tribunal's decision of October 2023, which ordered the termination of the criminal proceedings due to the statute of limitations. Mircea Cosma was on trial for taking bribes and abuse of office, while his son Vlad was on trial for influence peddling.
