Radu Miruță said that the audit of six state-owned companies uncovered serious irregularities in the management selection process, including illegal orders and the use of an expired law for appointments. He ordered disciplinary investigations of two people in the directorate responsible and announced the extension of the checks to all state-owned companies, anticipating similar problems. The Control Corps report will also be sent to the prosecutor's office for further investigation.
