The discussions covered issues such as workload, staff shortages and salaries. Mr. Pîslaru promised a detailed analysis of possible solutions, given the financial constraints. The government has also adopted measures to limit bonuses in the public sector, which will take effect in 2025, to ensure fiscal sustainability.
