Constantin Toma, the mayor of Buzău, expressed severe criticism of the government proposed by Adrian Veștea, stating that it is a "makeshift formula" that will not bring benefits to the country. Toma declared that he does not trust the ability of the proposed members to handle the responsibilities of their positions, emphasizing that he hopes this government will not receive the vote of investiture. His comments were made in the context of the hearings of the proposed ministers, which began on Monday in the specialized committees of Parliament. It is also mentioned that Adrian Veștea and four other liberals could be excluded from PNL, according to the ultimatum given by Ilie Bolojan. The hearings will continue until 21:00, followed by the joint plenary at 21:30.
