The general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu announces the first four institutions that will close: "The situation is disastrous"

"I can announce now that I am putting on the table of the General Council the dissolution of four institutions that we have. These are so-called cultural or social institutions, which incur a lot of debt because they have rented premises, have various consumables, and do not produce anything in return," explained Ciprian Ciucu.

According to the general mayor, this concerns the Senior Center, the Youth Center, another institution that will be closed is the Lumina Cultural Center, which will be absorbed by Arcub, as well as Expo Arte.

The general mayor of the Capital, Ciprian Ciucu, stated on Thursday evening that the financial situation of the City Hall is "embarrassing," having only five million lei in accounts, amounts comparable to those of some wealthy Romanians.
