Mario Iorgulescu, the son of LPF president Gino Iorgulescu, has been cleared of murder. Judges changed the charge to manslaughter. Manslaughter in a road traffic accident is punishable by 2 to 7 years in prison, while for murder, the legal penalty is between 10 and 20 years in prison.
