A 49-year-old man from Oradea has been detained for drug trafficking for offering psychoactive substances to a child in exchange for cleaning.

A 49-year-old man from Oradea has been detained by prosecutors from the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism for trafficking in high-risk drugs and conducting operations with psychoactive substances without authorization.

Between December 2024 and October 2025, he procured and sold various drugs, including MDMB-4en-PINACA and 4 BMC, at prices ranging from 20 to 150 lei. A serious aspect of the case is that the man offered a minor cigarettes with MDMB-4en-PINACA in exchange for cleaning services. Following the searches, approximately 50 grams of 4 BMC and other evidence were confiscated. The judge ordered the preventive arrest of the defendant for 30 days, and the investigation was carried out with the support of the police and gendarmes.
