The Botoșani Police Inspectorate was informed about the discovery of a 48-year-old man deceased at a farm in the Vorniceni commune. At the scene, the police observed that the victim had serious injuries to the head. Following investigations, a 17-year-old teenager was detained as a suspect in this case. It appears that a spontaneous altercation occurred between the two, during which the young man struck the man with a pickaxe. The investigations are being conducted by the Prosecutor's Office next to the Botoșani Tribunal, which is investigating the incident in terms of committing the crime of murder.
