DIICOT prosecutors have detained a 52-year-old man for international drug trafficking after border guards in Nădlac discovered a kilogram of cocaine hidden in his car. He was caught in flagrante delicto on July 14, 2025, upon entering the country. On Wednesday, July 16, he was proposed for remand for 30 days. The action was carried out with the support of border guards and a canine unit.
