Stelian Bujduveanu, the interim mayor of the Capital, stated that tram line 5 is 99% completed and will be operational from December. Although the works are almost finished, the operation of the tram is delayed due to administrative reasons, such as the lack of necessary stations for passengers. The project started four years ago, and the mayor emphasized the importance of ensuring passenger safety before the inauguration.
