Liana Arsenie, the president of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, reacted to the comments of judge Raluca Moroșanu from a documentary, calling them "extremely unpleasant" and "clearly biased." Arsenie emphasized that she collaborated without conflicts with Moroșanu, questioning the way she expressed her grievances, suggesting that it would have been more appropriate to discuss directly with her.

She also addressed the issue of pressure in the judicial system, mentioning that over 800 judges and prosecutors signed a letter of support for Moroșanu. Arsenie warned that generalized accusations against magistrates can undermine public trust in justice, emphasizing that judges are committed professionals and that their discrediting affects the rule of law.
