The draft legislation stipulates that people who have received a retirement decision can continue to work but suspend their pension. It also plans to abolish secondments in the civil service. Although the measure also applies to the military, the situation of teachers and doctors is not explicitly mentioned, but discussions for exceptions are ongoing. There are fears that strict application of the measure could lead to staff shortages in health and education, and the government seems determined to implement the rule.
