Klaus Iohannis's former protocol machine was sold at auction, with a final price of 11,400 euros

The protocol car used by former president Klaus Iohannis during his time as mayor of Sibiu was recently sold at auction. The Audi A6 vehicle, manufactured in 2005, has a 3.2-liter gasoline engine and a luxurious interior, partially upholstered in beige leather, with an odometer reading of approximately 120,000 kilometers. The auction, organized by the A10 Auction House by Artmark, started with a starting price of 1,000 euros, and bids quickly rose, reaching 9,500 euros, twice the market value. The buyer will pay a 20% commission, raising the final price to 11,400 euros. The car, which shows normal wear and is in good technical condition, is equipped with heated seats, automatic climate control, and an infotainment system.
