The Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that he apologizes to the neighboring countries that have been attacked by his army, announcing that the attacks will only stop if these countries comply with the conditions imposed by Iran.
In a speech broadcast on state television, he claimed that the interim governing council has decided that there will be no more attacks on neighboring countries, except in the case where an attack on Iran would originate from these countries. Since the beginning of the conflict, on February 28, Iran has launched drones and missiles towards its neighbors, claiming that they only target American interests, a statement contested by the affected states.
