The interviews for the positions of chief prosecutor and deputy chief prosecutor of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) will take place on Tuesday, February 24, continuing the series of interviews for the leadership of major prosecutor's offices.
Three prosecutors, Viorel Cerbu, Vlad Grigorescu, and Tatiana Cerbu, are competing for the leadership of DNA, and the interviews will start at 8:30 AM. After 1:00 PM, the interviews for the two deputy chief prosecutor positions will take place, with candidates such as Marinela Mincă and Mihai Prună. The interview committee consists of representatives from the Ministry of Justice, prosecutors appointed by the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), and management specialists. The evaluation criteria include knowledge about the structure of DNA, managerial vision, organizational capacity, and integrity.
The results of the selection will be published on March 2, and the proposals will be sent to President Nicușor Dan for the final decision.
