According to an INSCOP poll, 89.7% of Romanians believe that EU and NATO membership is good for the country. However, 40.6% believe it limits national sovereignty. Also, 76.2% of respondents support increased defense spending, given the need to protect their sovereignty. The survey was conducted on a sample of 1,000 people between March 13 and 17, 2025, with a margin of error of ± 3.1%.
