INHGA has issued a Code Orange for flash floods and a Code Yellow for floods for several counties in Moldova, Transylvania and other regions.

The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management has issued a Code Orange of floods, valid until midnight, for rivers in four counties in Moldova. A Code Yellow for floods is also in force until Thursday morning on watercourses in Transylvania, Oltenia, Crișana, Muntenia and Maramureș. The warnings cover various river basins, with possible overtopping of defense levels, and similar hydrological phenomena are expected on several rivers.
