The warning is in effect between January 5, 6:00 AM, and January 6, 12:00 PM, and significant runoff is expected on slopes, torrents, and streams, as well as rapid floods. Increases in flow rates and levels are anticipated on the rivers in the Bega, Timiș, Pogăniș, Bârzava, Moravița, Caraș, Nera, and Danube watersheds. INHGA has sent the warning to the competent authorities, including the Ministry of Environment and the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations, to ensure preventive and intervention measures.
