Makaveli acknowledges the tax evasion charges: "I take responsibility for the act"

Influencer Alexandru Zidaru, known online as Makaveli, has acknowledged the tax evasion charges brought against him by prosecutors in the case in which he is being investigated for failing to pay taxes on income earned from his activities on TikTok.

"It's not true, there are not three people, nor are there any co-defendants. I am the only defendant, I have no one to pass the blame to, I am the only one, I can only take responsibility for myself and assume the act. I did not pay the taxes on the gifts I received at that time," said the influencer after leaving the hearings.

Makaveli, placed under judicial control for 60 days, stated that he does not intend to contest the measures taken by investigators and that he will try to pay the damages established by the authorities.
