The IOR – Titan Civic Initiative Group has emphasized the importance of this case, which has been brought back to the public's attention due to an investigation by Snoop.ro. This investigation highlighted how the green space has been transformed into private land, and the authorities have not intervened effectively to protect the park. The investigation shows that the restituted land has become a barren field, without trees, following the deforestation of over 1,500 trees.
