The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management has issued warnings for rising water levels in several watercourses, with a yellow code valid from October 2 and an orange code from October 3 for eight counties. Locals are advised to clear drainage ditches, protect property in low-lying areas, and be prepared for preventive evacuations. The forecasted meteorological phenomena include significant rainfall, rapid floods, and possible local flooding.
