He emphasized that the hall is in an advanced state of degradation, posing a real danger to public safety. The inspection was part of a series of actions aimed at checking safety conditions in various institutions and public places. Constantinescu highlighted structural problems and the lack of safety measures, which could lead to serious accidents among visitors.
