The wreath was laid by soldiers of the 811th Infantry Battalion 'Dej', accompanied by military music, and the rest of the ceremony proceeded without further incidents. Subsequently, wreaths were laid on behalf of other institutions, including the Parliament of Romania and the Government. Political events organized by AUR and SOS took place on the same day, with the presence of former presidential candidate Călin Georgescu.
