The heavy rains during the night caused flooding in the basement of the CF 2 Hospital in Bucharest, affecting the medical unit which has remained without electricity.

A representative of the hospital stated for HotNews that the basement, where Radiology and the changing rooms are located, was flooded. Although surgical interventions are not affected due to the generators, the hospital cannot accept new patients, and the computers in the offices are not functioning due to the lack of electricity. The Enel company was notified at 07:00 about the electricity issue, but by the time the article was published, they had not sent a representative to the site.

The CF Nr. 2 Clinical Hospital in Bucharest is the largest medical unit under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in Romania, located on Mărăști Boulevard.
